Terms & Conditions
How we quote, what is included, and what we ask from you so the job runs the way it was priced.
Last updated: 26 August 2026
1. Who these terms are with
These terms apply to all clearance and waste removal work carried out by Fisher Group Services Ltd, company number 17117250, of The Power Station, Trafford Park Road, Manchester M17 1NH. Booking a job means accepting these terms.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the volume, weight, type of waste and access you describe, including any photographs you send. The figure we agree before booking is the figure you pay. Prices start at £60 for single-item collections and £550 for a full load. If the job on the day is materially larger than described, or includes materials that were not mentioned, we will tell you the revised price before continuing; you are free to decline at that point.
3. Booking, timing and access
We work 7am–10pm, seven days a week, and confirm a day and time window rather than an exact minute. We ring before setting off. Please make sure the property, gate, lift or parking access described is available at the agreed time. Where a permit or parking suspension is needed, that is the customer’s responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
4. What we can and cannot take
We clear general household, garden, commercial and construction waste. Certain materials cannot be taken in a standard load, including asbestos, hazardous chemicals, clinical waste, gas cylinders and similar controlled items. Tell us in advance if you think any of these are present so we can advise on the right route for them.
5. Your items and valuables
Please remove anything you wish to keep before we arrive, and tell us about anything sentimental or valuable. On bereavement and probate clearances we sort as we go and set aside anything that looks personal or valuable to check with you, but the final responsibility for identifying items to be retained rests with the customer. Once waste is loaded and disposed of it cannot be recovered.
6. Authority to dispose
By booking, you confirm you own the items being cleared or are authorised to dispose of them. We may ask for confirmation where a property is a rental, a void or subject to probate.
7. Waste carrier duties and documentation
We are a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency. Waste is taken to a licensed commercial waste facility, with timber, metals and other separable materials diverted for recycling wherever possible. Waste transfer notes are provided on request; please ask at the time of booking if you need them for compliance records.
8. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless different terms have been agreed in writing. We accept card, cash and bank transfer.
9. Cancellation and rescheduling
Let us know as early as you can if you need to move or cancel a booking and we will rearrange at no charge wherever possible. Where a crew has travelled to site and cannot start through no fault of ours, no access, or the job is not as described and the revised price is declined, a reasonable call-out charge may apply.
10. Liability and insurance
We hold public liability insurance and take care in and around your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear caused by removing fixed or fitted items where removal was requested, or for loss arising from items you asked us to clear. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Complaints
If something is not right, ring 07481 806568 or email carlofisher818@gmail.com and we will put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
