Honest Pricing

Family-owned tipping facility, so the price stays sharp

Most clearance firms pay commercial gate fees and pass them straight on to you. Our waste goes through Skip Co Mcr, a family-owned commercial waste facility, which keeps our disposal costs lower, and that shows up in your quote rather than ours.

Every job is priced before we lift a thing. You’ll know the number, what it covers, and when we’re coming. Pay by card, cash or bank transfer, whatever suits.

Single item

From £60

Full van load

£550

Clearing more than one item? Combining a few pieces into a single visit almost always works out cheaper per item than booking separate collections, ask us to price the lot.

Before & After

Drag the slider to see exactly what a Fisher Group clearance looks like

Every photo below is a real Manchester job cleared by our own team, not stock imagery. Drag each slider to reveal the before and after of the same space: fly-tipped bin stores, overflowing communal bin chambers, end-of-tenancy flats and blocked rear passages. All waste is removed by a registered waste carrier and tipped through our family-owned facility, Skip Co Mcr, so it is disposed of legally and recycled wherever possible.

Bereavement & Probate Clearances

Handled with care, at your family’s pace

Clearing a loved one’s home is not a normal job, and we don’t treat it like one. Before anything leaves the property, our team works through it room by room and sets aside anything of value or sentimental value for the family: documents, photographs, jewellery, keepsakes.

You tell us what matters, we agree the process before we start, and we keep you updated throughout. If you’d rather not be there, you don’t have to be; we can arrange access, carry out the clearance and send photographs on completion.

  • Items of value and sentimental value set aside for the family
  • No pressure, no rushing: we work to your timescale
  • Discreet, unmarked clearing where neighbours are a concern
  • Property left swept and presentable for sale or handover

Where We Work

Manchester and everywhere within 20–30 miles

We’re based at Trafford Park and cover Greater Manchester daily. If your postcode isn’t listed below, call us anyway; we cover a 20-30 mile radius and travel further for larger property clearances.

About the work

House clearance in Manchester, done properly

Fisher Group Services Ltd is a Manchester house clearance and waste removal company working across the city and the wider Greater Manchester area. Whether it’s a single room, a full three-bed house, a landlord’s void property or a commercial strip-out, the job is the same in principle: turn up when we said, price it honestly, clear it completely and leave the place better than we found it.

The business started the hard way. Carlo has been in the waste industry since he was fifteen, starting out sorting waste at the yard, working his way up and saving until he could buy a van. The first jobs were local, taken on in the evenings between 6pm and 10pm and at weekends, alongside a full-time job. Word spread, the work grew, and the business went full time. That background is why nothing about a heavy, awkward, or unpleasant clearance surprises us.

Today the team handles house clearance, large and full property clearance, property strip-outs, household and general waste removal, garden and green waste, fly-tip clearance, bin shed clearance, office and commercial waste clearance, single-item collections, light removals and waste management subcontracting for other firms. Domestic customers, landlords, letting agents, builders and other waste companies all use us; the same standard applies to each.

Where your waste actually goes

On disposal we’d rather be straight with you than market at you. Waste goes through Skip Co Mcr, a family-owned licensed commercial waste facility. Wood is recycled and turned into new products, and other separable materials are diverted for recycling wherever possible. Mixed general waste does go to landfill through that licensed facility. If you need proof of legal disposal for your duty of care, waste transfer notes are provided on request.

Booking is deliberately simple. Call 07481 806568 between 7am and 10pm any day of the week, or send your details through the quote form and we’ll come back with a price. Same-day, next-day and out-of-hours clearances are available, and payment can be made by card, cash or bank transfer once the work is done.
