Second the load-out, with timber and metal separated as we go and heavy soil and rubble bagged in liftable weights. Third a rake-off so what is left underneath is visible and usable. That third pass is what people notice; an emptied garden and a finished garden look very different.
Seasonal and situational work
Spring and autumn bring bulk cutting-back and end-of-season clearances. Summer brings pre-sale tidy-ups and tenancy turnarounds. Winter brings storm damage: blown fence panels, collapsed sheds and fallen branches, which we can often clear the same day because we work seven days a week.

Domestic work is usually one garden, one visit, one price. For landlords, housing providers and managing agents we also clear communal grounds, shared yards, alleyway strips and car park edges, which tend to combine green waste with dumped household items; a mixed clearance rather than a pure green waste job. Those can be scheduled as repeat visits and invoiced per site.

Clean timber is recycled and metal is separated. Green waste and soil go for processing where they are clean enough, and genuinely mixed material goes to a licensed commercial waste facility. We are a registered waste carrier and provide waste transfer notes on request.

Do you cut the garden back as well as clear it?
Yes. Cutting back overgrowth to get the waste out is part of a clearance, not an extra service.
Can you take soil, turf and rubble?
Yes, in managed quantities. These are heavy materials so they are priced on weight: tell us roughly how much there is when you call.
Can you remove an old shed or fence panels?
Yes. Rotten sheds, decking, fencing and posts are taken down and removed, with the timber separated for recycling.
What if there is no side access to the garden?
