Who we are
Fisher Group Services Ltd (company number 17117250) is the data controller for information collected through this website. Our registered address is The Power Station, Trafford Park Road, Manchester M17 1NH, United Kingdom. You can reach us on 07481 806568 or at carlofisher818@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you complete the quote form or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are enquiring about and any job details you choose to give us, including photographs you send. We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Why we use it
- To prepare and send you a price for the clearance or waste removal work you asked about.
- To arrange access, timing and a crew for a booked job.
- To produce waste transfer notes and keep the records a registered waste carrier must keep.
- To answer questions before or after a job, including any issue you raise with us.
Our lawful bases are your consent when you submit an enquiry, the performance of a contract once you book work, our legitimate interest in running and improving the business, and our legal obligations for waste documentation and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where it is needed to carry out the work: our crew, our licensed disposal partner where waste documentation requires it, and service providers who host this website or handle our enquiry and messaging systems. Where the law requires, we may share information with regulators such as the Environment Agency.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they are useful for following up, then deleted. Records relating to completed work, including waste transfer notes and invoices, are kept for as long as waste, tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email carlofisher818@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and third-party content
This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for the site to function. Pages that embed a Google Map or a review widget load content from those providers, and those providers may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Questions? Contact us and we will explain anything that is unclear. See also our terms and conditions.
