Our story
Built from the yard up,
one clearance at a time
Carlo Fisher started in the waste industry at fifteen, sorting waste at the yard. It is not a glamorous way in, but it teaches you everything: what materials are worth, where they have to go, how a load is built, and how long a job actually takes. That knowledge is why our quotes hold.
He worked his way up and saved until he could buy a van, then began taking on local jobs. The work grew quickly and, for a long stretch, it ran alongside a full-time job; clearances in the evenings from around 6pm to 10pm and straight through the weekends. When demand outgrew the evenings, the business went full time. It has grown steadily ever since.
Today the team is roughly two full-time and two to three part-time members, and the ambition is simple: to be the go-to provider for waste removal and clearance across Greater Manchester, the company people ring first, whatever the size of the job.

Where your waste actually goes
Waste is always disposed of properly through Skip Co Mcr, a family-owned licensed commercial waste facility. To be clear, Skip Co Mcr is a separate business from Fisher Group Services Ltd; it is a disposal partner, not part of our team. That relationship is why our disposal costs stay competitive and why our quotes can be too.
We recycle and repurpose materials wherever possible: wood is recycled and turned into new products, and other separable materials are diverted for recycling, while mixed general waste is responsibly disposed of through the licensed facility. Waste transfer notes are provided on request.

Whatever the scenario, a bereavement, a landlord void, a builder’s overflow, or a garage that has got out of hand, the standard does not move. These are the commitments every job is measured against.
Licensed disposal, every load
We are a registered waste carrier with the Environment Agency and every load goes to a licensed commercial waste facility. Waste transfer notes are provided on request, so landlords, agents and businesses have the paperwork they need.
Recycle and repurpose first
Timber is separated and recycled into new products, metals and other separable materials are diverted, and only genuinely mixed general waste is disposed of. Doing it in that order is what keeps our disposal costs, and your quote, sensible.
Turn up when we say we will
We work 7am–10pm, seven days a week, and ring before we set off. Evening and weekend slots exist because we started that way, fitting clearances around a full-time job.
One fixed price, agreed first
You get a clear figure before anything is booked, based on volume, weight and access. It does not change unless you add to the job. Single items from £60, full loads from £550.
Left swept, not just emptied
The job is not finished when the van is full. Crews brush through and leave the space usable: the point most often repeated in our Google reviews.
